[654] BitComet 0.70でのDHT

- 現在、BitComet0.70を使用しているのですが、一切DHTが接続できていません
設定は過去ログなどで調べて確認済みです(DHTを有効にするなど)
これって私だけでしょうか？それともバグですか？
OS等は
WindowsXP SP2
IntelCeleronM1.4Ghz
512MBメモリ
設定は初期からいじってません
ログはこうなってます
