0.76でのバージョンダウンや再インストールについて ( No.14 )

BitComet0.76について新しい事。

BitComet0.76のバージョンダウン及び再インストールが出来なくなる場合。

当方、以下の手順で行った場合、上記の現象がでました。
　　①アダルトtorrentの中国系サイトを徘徊
　　②Ad-Aware SE Personal（バッチ：SE1R132 14-11-2006）でスパイウェア完全サーチ
　　③検索に引っかかった物を全て削除（内容確認せず　m(_ _)m ）
　　④CCleaner(Ver1.34.407)で更にクリーナー・問題点（削除）を実行

　　⑤BitComet0.76でUP-LoadとDown-Loadの回線速度変更できなくなる
　　　　プロバイダーの回線規制の関係でUP・Down共にMAX:950KB/Sの自分が設定した値から変わらず

　　⑥試しにBitComet0.76を再度インストールを実行
　　　　実行中に「～～.dllが作成できない」とメッセージ表示後、
　　　　終了選択メッセージが表示され、再インストール中断終了
　　⑦BitComet0.70でVer.-Downしようと試みたが、同じくできず
　　　　BitComet0.76と同じメッセージが出て、終了

　　⑧回線速度を変更できないままBitComet0.76を使い続ける。
　　　　回線速度UP・Down共にMAX:950KB/Sを遥かに超える速度で送受信する
　　　　当方プロバイダーの回線速度規制に引っかかり回線が切れる
　　　　（多分、無制限状態で送受信してます）

　　⑨駄目もとで、Windowsをセーフモードで再起動
　　　　（システム状態を以前に戻さない。Javaなどのクリアーの為に行っただけ）
　　⑩Windows再び通常どおり再起動

　　⑪BitComet0.76を再々インストール実行→正常に出来た
　　⑫でも、回線速度の変更が出来ず
　　　　相変わらず自分が設定したUP・Down共にMAX:950KB/Sが変えられず、無制限状態での送受信がされる。
　　⑬BitComet07.0にVer.-Down→成功
　　　　回線速度も変更できるようになった。

結論から言うと・・・
下手にシステム（レジット）をいじくらない事。
それが、たとえ安心があると言われてるソフトだとしてもです。
で、うまくいかなかったら、セーフモードに一度してからやることですね。
