GUI Improved ：新しく HTTPダウンロードのためのプロパティダイアログを設計しました。
GUI Improved ：HTTPダウンロード中でも、ツールバーのボタンやタスクのコンテキストメニューから、動画のプレビューを開始できるようにしました。
GUI Improved ：英語バージョンのWindowsでも、英語以外のUTF-8キャラクターのURLの表示をサポートしました。
GUI Improved ：もし使用可能にしてあれば、BitComet のタスクバーのコンテキストメニューに「トレーに最小化」が表示されるようになりました。
GUI Improved ：オプションのダイアログのタスクの設定ページで、「プレビューのためにダウンロード戦略を最適化する」という新しい設定を追加しました。

コアの改良：英語版のWindows で英語以外のUTF-8文字を含むURLのダウンロードをサポートしました。
コアの改良：タスクの実行中にHTTP 接続の数を変更することができるようになりました。
コアのバグ修正：なにかタスクを実行中に、タスクの最大同時実行数を少なく設定変更した場合に、プログラムが応答しなくなるルバグを修正しました。
